Info-eIndex application is designed and developed in-house by Writer IT team. This application is extensively used by Packing Supervisors to capture inventory data electronically at the packing site itself, thus providing instantaneous e-delivery of inventory to clients. The other features like auto-sychronisation, barcode scan, soft copy data import (given by client), data verification, upload of e-inventory to the main server and reporting capabilities.

For all Operational needs we use O'Neil's record management software which manages/tracks multiple types of data including traditional storage boxes, file folders, documents and tapes - literally anything that can be stored both on-site or off-site, from Deposit to Destruction, from Work Order to Invoice generation, thereby ensuring higher record center productivity."

Info-SMART is the core application which is again an indigenously designed and developed by Writer IT in-house team. Its tight integration with Info-eIndex, O’Neil and Accounting application provides seamless end-to-end tracking of information from prospect creation right up to MIS generation. The main modules include CRM, Sales & Project tracking, Feed Back Analysis, Control and MIS reports. The various Dash Boards specially designed for Sales & Key Accounts, Operations, HR, Billing & Collections, Customer Service makes this software unique to Information Management Business.
