Moving Services

Pre-move survey : Our care and attention is evident when an experienced relocation consultant visits your home to conduct a pre-move survey to assess your requirements and your specific needs. It helps us in determining the appropriate packing materials and equipments to ensure complete safety of your effects. We offer Destination Guides with detailed information on Customs and Visa requirements for an overseas location.

High quality materials : Continuous in-depth Research & Development on packing materials gives us the expertise to use different materials for different items - working towards the goal of a damage free delivery. Writer Relocations is one of the select few companies to use a special wrapper called the 'Paper Blanket'.

Experienced Packing Crew : A trained and well supervised uniformed crew skillfully packs and places all items into cartons and customised packages after proper inventorisation. Special protection is given to items of high value and of delicate nature. Each package is labelled by the room to ensure correct placement at your new home. Supporting all of this is an "in-house" carpentry shop.

Customised cartons : We provide cartons for specific belongings. These include specially designed cartons for books, clothes, crockery and wardrobe. Kids stuff are packed in a separate attractively coloured carton.

Objects d'art : Wherever there is art, passion cannot be far behind. A passionate artist. A possessive collector... Tough customers both! As a result, handling objects of such high value becomes all a test of experience. In 25 years, we've developed the expertise to meet even the most exceptional demands. Artwork sculpture, paintings etc. packed include names such as the Greek Embassy, Heras Institute, RPG, Sotheby's, Bowring's and many, many Indian painters and private collectors.

Storage Options : With over 300,000 square feet of storage space, clients can store household effects for a long period of time, avail of climate control options and even entrust high value items in our care. All our facilities are equipped with fire detection, prevention and fighting equipments where appropriate dry chemical are used as extinguishers. Handymen Services : Our handymen services comprise of Carpentry work, Electrical work, Plumbing work, Pest-control treatment and other miscellaneous works on a case to case basis.

Carpentry work includes assemblage & dismantling of furniture, assemblage of modular system of furniture, restoration of damaged furniture, polishing of old furniture etc. Electrical work includes installation of electrical fittings in a household, installation of A/C's etc. Plumbing work includes minor plumbing works, installation of washing machine, aquaguard, etc.

At Destination : Our Network Partner ensures smooth and timely border clearance and arranges for a trained uniformed delivery crew to deliver on the appointed date your valued effects. All items are carefully unpacked, placed in the appropriate rooms and debris removed the same day.

Automobile Moving : We handle automobiles and passenger cars, arrange clearances form customs etc. and our trading partner will arrange delivery also.

Pet transfer : We obtain all government clearances, build a customised kennel, clear all routes on pre-determined flights. Where required, our network partner arranges prior permits and kennel space in quarantines.

Office Moving : Such moves are, more often than not, a race against time. Entire offices have to be cleared, the contents moved across town, sometimes out of town… usually over a weekend.
